Terms of Service

We work to present product photos, descriptions and prices accurately. Because each screen displays color differently, slight visual differences may occur. Final order totals, shipping and taxes are confirmed during Shopify checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment methods enabled in our Shopify store. An order is confirmed after successful payment and any required custom details are received.

Custom jewelry, engraved pieces, memorial diamond requests and made-to-order designs may require written confirmation of specifications before production. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Fine jewelry should be worn and stored with care. Damage caused by misuse, impact, unauthorized repair, chemical exposure or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
